Half the time people think I’m referring myself… but I promise the other Carlos is the one doing the real work. The difference between the level of service from our previous provider to what we saw with Mark & Ticor is tremendous! Mark is always quick to respond to emails and just as quick to provide the requested information. The level of service that he and his team provides makes my job so much easier in so many ways. When the agent I support wants to do some out of the box marketing, Mark's quick response allows me to get it going right away, this is invaluable.
