Rick Bashore

EVP, County Manager

Rick began his title insurance career in 1983 after attending UCLA, where he was the starting quarterback for 3 seasons from 1977 to 1979. He attributes his work ethic and team-oriented attitude directly to his UCLA experience. Rick has carried the same attitude with him to Ticor for the last 15 years, and he has taken Ticor to new heights in the Southern California market share.

He began his title career as a Sales Executive in the coastal community of Huntington Beach, where he grew up attending Edison High School. For over 12 years, Rick cultivated relationships in the community and he established himself a leader in the sales field. After years of hard work, Rick took on the role of Sales Manager, helping other sales executives build and increase market share throughout Orange County.

In 2001, Rick took on the challenge of Regional Manager, where he developed the territories of Southern California, Nevada, and Arizona. Rick attributes the success of Ticor directly to his exceptional staff. Currently, Rick manages the Ticor Orange County operation.
