Patrick Girardi

New to the industry – Patrick joins Ticor Title as an assistant vice president of commercial sales. His relationship-focused work style revolves around fostering connections with both clients and colleagues. People who work closely with Patrick describe him as personable, trustworthy, and the go-to guy for spreadsheets. He is eager to meet new people and learn more about the commercial title industry. His charismatic, go-getter personality reflects his dedication to both his clients and Ticor.

Patrick focuses on relationship building to best serve his clients and what they need. He believes relationships are paramount to success in any business and keeping his clients’ best interests at the forefront of his actions and decisions.

Patrick is a California native and grew up in Rancho Palos Verdes. He graduated from Columbia University with an economics degree where he also played on the football team and was the Team Captain and an All-Ivy League selection. Upon graduation he returned to California to begin his career. This included a 10-year stint with UCLA Football as the Director of Recruiting & Player Personnel. He was instrumental in bringing talent to the University, and 38 of the student-athletes he signed went on to be NFL Draft picks, including six 1st-rounders. Most recently, Patrick served as the Director of Alumni Giving at his alma mater, Loyola High School, where he raised over $10 million for the school. Patrick currently lives in Westchester, California with his wife, Andrea, two children, Hannah (1) and Hank (5), and Golden Retriever, Riggins. In his free time, he enjoys watching college football, working on ambitious home improvement projects, and spending time with his family.
