Kim Hernandez

Commercial Escrow Officer

Kim Hernandez has been in the title and escrow industry for over 29 years. She began her career as a receptionist in 1984, and within two years, she worked her way up to an escrow officer position at a local title company. She worked as a branch manager at that company before moving to Nevada in 1994, where she worked for a nationally recognized title company. In 2001, she became a charter member of Ticor Title of Nevada. While at Ticor of Nevada, she was a top producer in processing escrow transactions.

Her attention to detail and solid work ethic have contributed to a history of successful transactions. She is experienced in handling all types of escrow transactions, ranging from tracts and refinances, residential, contracts of sale, AITD, and commercial. Her specialization is now in commercial escrows.

Kim is communicative and skilled at managing the complexities of fast-paced commercial transactions. She excels at managing the myriad of elements involved in escrow. Highly organized, she implements a sense of structure and systemization to each transaction to ensure that all parties involved are kept up-to-date with details. Her clients include a range of professionals including listing and selling agents, lenders, principals, and firms. She welcomes the opportunity to act as a trusted resource to a diverse professional community.

Kim is an active member of the Southern California Escrow Association. She has been given numerous awards. In 2006, former Las Vegas mayor Oscar Goodman named her as a Citizen of Distinction. From 2000 to 2013, she was a Million Dollar Producer, and for the last 2 years in a row, she was praised for being in the Top 2% in the Western Region.
