With over 33 years in the industry, David Neal has a wide variety of experience and knowledge. He joined Ticor Title’s dedicated commercial team as a Commercial Title Officer in the Newport Beach office.

With over 33 years in the industry, David Neal has a wide variety of experience and knowledge. He joined the industry and 1988 and has continued to learn and excel. Those who work with David would describe him as caring, thorough, and driven. He aims to keep all parties informed throughout the process. His favorite part of the job is solving complex problems and working with clients. His personal motto is “always have a contingency plan when moving toward closing.” His analytic thinking combined with his knowledge and experience allows him to close deals efficiently for his clients.

David is a California native and currently lives in Mission Viejo, California. He and his wife, Debbie, have two sons, Tyler (23) & Brandon (31). David is a big sports fan so when he isn’t working, he enjoys cheering on the Atlanta Braves and the Tennessee Volunteers.
